The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed with the participation of senior representatives from both parties:

• Sunwah English Education: Dr. Felicia Pham – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Founding Shareholder;
• GIBA: Dr. Hoang Van Viet – President of the Global Intellectual Business Association (GIBA).
