GIBA x ITPC: “GREEN VISA” – WHEN STANDARDS ARE NO LONGER BARRIERS, BUT A SYSTEM OF STRATEGIC TRUST

Mở/Đóng

On April 10, 2026, the Global Intellectual Business Association (GIBA), in collaboration with the Investment and Trade Promotion Centre (ITPC) and strategic partner AllMadeViet, successfully hosted the seminar “Green Visa for Vietnamese Food”. The event served as an exclusive platform where F&B leaders decoded the true “entry ticket” to international markets. Guided by leading experts, the seminar fundamentally shifted the mindset from “certification as a procedure” to a new paradigm: “certification as strategy"

Ms. Ho Thi Quyen - The Deputy Director of ITPC delivered the opening remarks at the seminar

    KEY INSIGHTS FROM THE SEMINAR

The session delivered sharp, transformative perspectives on how businesses should approach their “greening” journey:

    • From “Good Product” to “Good System”: In the food industry, trust is currency. Beyond quality products, businesses must build transparent management systems that demonstrate value and global responsibility.
    • Decoding the “Green Visa”: Not merely a badge of honor, but a combination of four pillars: regulatory compliance, internationally recognized certification systems, data transparency, and environmental & social responsibility.
    • Three-layer Certification Strategy: To penetrate deeply into the EU market, businesses should integrate three layers-mandatory requirements, market-driven standards, and value-added certifications-enabling price premiums of 10–30%..
    • AllMadeViet’s 6-step Implementation Roadmap: A practical guide from market identification and gap analysis to prioritizing low-cost, high-impact improvements such as 5S and SOPs.
    • “Green Thinking” as Competitive Advantage: Shifting from price-based competition to trust-based competition. Rather than acting alone, businesses are encouraged to collaborate within an ecosystem to co-build a “Trusted Vietnamese Brand".
Dr. Hoang Van Viet - The Chairman of GIBA’s Advisory Board delivered insightful analyses on “Green" trends and food certification.

    APPRECIATION FROM THE GIBA ECOSYSTEM

The remarkable success of the seminar was made possible through the strategic collaboration and dedication of all partners. GIBA would like to extend its sincere gratitude to:

    • Ms. Ho Thi Quyen - Deputy Director of ITPC, for her visionary opening remarks; and Mr. Le Thanh Phong, Deputy Head of Research, Development and Training, for skillfully moderating the Q&A session, along with the entire ITPC team for their support.
    • Dr. Hoang Van Viet, Chairman of GIBA’s Advisory Board, for his insightful and practice-oriented academic analysis of global F&B “green transition” trends.
    • Our strategic partner AllMadeViet, speakers Ms. Liney Weishappel and Mr. Dieu Bao Phat, for sharing hands-on experiences in entering the EU market and inspiring international supply chain strategies.
Ms. Liney Weishappel - CEO & Co-Founder of AllMadeViet; Mr. Dieu Bao Phat - CEO & Co-Founder of AllMadeViet shared valuable experience on entering international markets
Q&A session with experts took place during the seminar, providing participants with valuable insights and direct exchanges

This was not just an event - it marked the starting point of a transformative journey to elevate Vietnamese agricultural products, turning “green” efforts into tangible value on the global stage. We look forward to welcoming you to our next breakthrough initiatives!
