    On November 26, 2025, the Global Intellectual Business Association (GIBA) and the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC - website: http://itpc.hochiminhcity.gov.vn/home) held a working session to exchange ideas, discuss, and outline the implementation of business support training programs for 2026. The meeting marked an important step in strengthening strategic cooperation between the two parties, aiming to enhance competitiveness and promote sustainable development within the business community. The session was attended by Dr. Hoang Van Viet – Chairman of GIBA; Dr. Phan Thi Kim Anh – Chairwoman of the GIBA Committee on Training & Capacity Development; Ms. Ho Thi Quyen – Deputy Director of ITPC; and Ms. Tran Thi Khanh Vy – Head of the ITPC Research, Development and Training Department. The participation of leaders from both organizations demonstrated their commitment to supporting businesses in response to new market demands and the context of deep international economic integration.

    In addition to developing training content, the two parties also discussed plans to organize events, seminars, conferences, and business-networking forums in 2026. Communication and promotional efforts for these programs will be closely coordinated to ensure broad outreach within the business community.
